- Can we run the products on our own infrastructure?
- Yes. lumioCapital and lumioWhisper run in your private cloud or on-premise, and lumioWhisper also runs air-gapped. lumioSentry is always deployed on your premises or on infrastructure in India.
- Who can use lumioSentry?
- Law enforcement, government, defence and security organisations in India, by invitation. Request access from your official email address at sentry.lumiotech.io; we verify your organisation before we share details of the platform.
- How do we report a security issue?
- Email security@lumiotech.io with what you found and how to reproduce it. Our contact details are also in security.txt.
- How quickly do you reply?
- Within one to two business days, by email or phone.
- Who is lumioCapital for?
- Founders, company secretaries, finance and legal teams of private companies, and the auditors and advisers who work with them.
- Where is our data stored?
- In India. Private cloud and on-premise deployments are available for organisations that need them.
- Can our auditors and advisers use it?
- Yes. Invite them to the workspace with a role that limits what they can see and change.
- How do we get started?
- Sign in at capital.lumiotech.io, or talk to us about onboarding several companies or a private deployment.
- Who is lumioWhisper for?
- Company secretaries, legal, compliance and HR teams who need quick, sourced answers on governance and regulation, and recruiters who run hiring in the same workspace.
- How does lumioWhisper handle our data?
- It is private by default. Your data stays in your environment, with zero-data-retention options for regulated teams.
- Can we check where an answer came from?
- Yes. Every claim carries a numbered citation to the statute, circular, web page or company record it relies on.
- Where do we access lumioWhisper?
- Use the web app at whisper.lumiotech.io. On-premise and air-gapped deployments are available for regulated environments.
