Logo

The logo pairs the Lumen mark with a drawn wordmark. Use the primary logo on light grounds and the reverse logo on Midnight. Never retype it.

Clear space and size

Keep clear space of half the mark’s height, shown as x, on every side. The horizontal logo is never narrower than 96 px on screen or 25 mm in print, and the mark alone never smaller than 16 px. Below 24 px, use the favicon, whose dots are a step heavier.

Never add shadows, glows, outlines or gradients to the logo, or place it on a busy photograph.

The mark

Thirteen points of light on a 24-unit grid, set in a diamond. Radii fall off in even steps from the core, so the mark reads as a single source of light rendered as data.

Product lockups

Each product pairs the shared mark with lumio in ink and its name in Lumio Blue. A product never gets a symbol of its own.

Colour

Neutrals do most of the work; blue is a signal, not a wash. Aim for about 80% neutrals, 15% Midnight and no more than 5% Lumio Blue. No gradients and no glows, anywhere.

The lumen field

The mark’s fall-off, continued across a surface: dots on a 24 px grid, sized in the mark’s steps, fading out from one source of light.

One source per surface, placed off-centre and away from text.
Let the dots fade out before any edge or headline. Never set text over dense dots.
Lumio Blue dots on Midnight; soft blue dots on light grounds. No other colours.
For quiet backgrounds inside the product, use the plain dot grid instead.

Voice

Concise and professional. Say what the customer gets in plain words, then stop. We write the way the products work: precise, calm and light.

Say what the customer gets, then stop: Plain words, short sentences, no filler. Prefer verbs to abstractions: “File your returns on time”, not “compliance enablement”.
Sentence case everywhere: Headings, buttons and menus: “Contact us”, not “Contact Us”.
We and you: “We” is Lumiotech; “you” is the customer.
Indian English: Colour, organisation, licence. Money as ₹ with Indian grouping: ₹1,25,000. Lakh and crore are fine in India-facing copy.
No hype: No exclamation marks, no emoji, no “revolutionary”, “magic” or “unleash”.
